Payment Terms

Refund Policy:

A 50% deposit is required on booking a Motorcycle, with 50% falling due 30 days prior to rental commencement. All confirmed rental agreements deposits are non-refundable, however in the event of cancellation the deposit can be used on an agreed alternative date or transferred to another person.

Note: A pre-authorised damage-deposit of £1000 is required on pick up of motorcycle, for motorcycles leaving Ireland the damage deposit is £1500. Motorcycles can only be taken to England, Scotland, Wales and the Isle of Man. Full T&Cs for all rentals can be seen here.

Payment Options

Option 1: Credit Card

Important. Payments are in £GBP. Due to increased security measures for overseas transactions, it is important to call your Credit Card provider and tell them about the payment to our company in advance of attempting to pay. Please type in your name, the amount being paid, and your Rental Agreement number in the boxes below. Only then should you click the Link “Secure Credit Card Payments Button” to be directed to our secure Payment site (WorldPay™) whereby you can make your payment. Refund Policy

Option 2: Bank Transfer

Bank Details are shown clearly on rental invoice. Please follow the instructions there. If necessary, please contact Atlantic Motorcycle Hire offices for our bank details.

Option 3: Pay Pal

Our customers can now use PayPal to securely pay. Click on the button to go to our dedicated PayPal payments page. Once there, input the agreed amount (from your rental invoice) to secure your booking. *Payments will show as “7 THE BIKE SHOP” – this is normal
